Not expansive or high style, but very fragrant and lively green tea from China. A bit similar to Japanese green teas. Palais has it very fresh, at least in their Israeli shop. Brewed in Gaiwan very fast. Continue reading →

My long time favorite tea from Yuuki-Cha shop, called Koubi Shiage. It’s organic oolong roasted tea, with rich and unbelievable heavenly aroma of carob tree chocolate. This tea is similar to roasted Chinese Da Hong Pao famous tea. Very good for a winter or cold brewed. Continue reading →
